This limited-edition bundle brings together three of Stephen's most-loved warm-climate reds, each built from varieties that feel right at home in the McLaren Vale sun. From the dark-fruited cheek of Montepulciano to the savoury swagger of Grenache Shiraz Touriga, and the rich, textural charm of Tempranillo Touriga — this trio is all about bold blends, vibrant character and a full glass, often.

S.C. PANNELL MONTEPULCIANO 2024
Italian giggle juice, through and through. This one struts in the door and gets the party started — a variety Stephen reckons has serious form in our warm climate. Dark plum, blueberry, bitumen, pipe tobacco, rosemary and fresh spring oregano. The mulberries always turn up, though this vintage they're fashionably late — and clearly ready to make up for lost time.

S.C. PANNELL GRENACHE SHIRAZ TOURIGA 2023
The 'Purple One' — our great all-rounder, happy anywhere, anytime, with anything. A wine born of McLaren Vale's textured landscape, showing just how much personality a blended red can carry. Grenache and Touriga both thrive here, meaning less winery fuss and more depth, complexity and flavour landing straight in the glass. Grenache brings lifted aromatics and its trademark sandy tannins, Shiraz chips in red fruit, spice and weight, and Touriga Nacional tops it off with punchy plum pudding, dried spice and florals. Together, it's a wine that's far more than the sum of its parts — and impossible to say no to.

S.C. PANNELL TEMPRANILLO TOURIGA 2022
Otherwise known as 'The Red One' — a wine inspired by the climate and lifestyle of the Iberian Peninsula, and one that's clearly found a second home in South Australia. 70% Tempranillo, 30% Touriga Nacional, and both varieties utterly at ease in our conditions, delivering natural balance, complexity and flavour. Bright red and black fruits lead the way — fresh cherry and blood plums — with subtle clove, sarsaparilla and potpourri adding layers of complexity. Honestly, imagine if this blend had made its way Down Under in the early days of Australian wine production — we reckon it would have taken the wine world by storm.
