Delivery & Shipping
We deliver Australia-wide using Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your live tracking number — simply click it to follow your parcel from us to you, every step of the way.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. During periods of extreme heat over summer, we may hold back your shipment to protect the quality of the wine and make sure it arrives in perfect condition.

Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your wine purchase please contact us immediately.
If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, compromised or does not match the item ordered we will gladly exchange, replace or refund you the cost of your purchase upon presentation of your proof of purchase.
