White Wines:

2025 Protero Riesling
Adelaide Hills precision. Alpine | Spice | Native. Apple and spice in a field of native flowers.  Yeast buns and strudel speak to the varietal heritage but hibiscus, candied fruit drops, rain clouds and petrichor feel at home. The kind of Riesling that reminds you why this variety is revered.

2023 Protero Aromatico
Captivating | Ambitious | Confident. A fruit cart loaded to the gunnels with melons and citrus followed by a smaller wagon of grilled nuts and exotic herbs like lemongrass, ginger stems in syrup and topped with flowers.

Rosé:

2025 Koomilya Mataro Rosé
This isn't your summer-only rosé. From the same 5-star Halliday vineyard that produces Australia's best Shiraz, this Mataro rosé has weight, texture, and character. Rose petal, peach, pink grapefruit, pink peppercorn, pink sand, native flowers in a vase, lillypilly, five spice, and dusty roads. The palate is rich with pink fruits and florals with freshly cut hay and seawater to add complexity. The surf at sunset with a pink sky and a classic strawberry tart for dessert.

Red Wines:

2023 S.C. Pannell Old McDonald Grenache 
The hero of this collection. Trophy-winning for three consecutive years. The classic version of McLaren Vale Grenache - Romantic, old-world charm with a core of sweet fruit. Roses, lovage, woody herbs, leaf matter, cranberry and raspberry preserve. The primary aromas are red and loaded with tension: chorizo and sweet paprika again in 2023 followed by the signature blood orange, pomegranate and Turkish delight we've come to expect from this vineyard.

2024 S.C. Pannell Montepulciano
Montepulciano thrives in McLaren Vale, and this wine proves it. Juicy red fruits, savory edges, silky tannins. Perfect for weeknight dinners or weekend gatherings.

2022 Protero Nebbiolo (95 points, Halliday Top 100)
A love letter to Piedmont, grown in the Adelaide Hills. Born from Stephen's years working alongside the Vajra family, this Nebbiolo captures the elegance and complexity of the variety with an unmistakable sense of place. Varietal | Pulsating | Shameless. A classic roman legionnaire full of bravado and ready for a long march. Superbly medium-bodied; fresh raspberry, fennel fronds, chinotto and porchetta surrounded by plums, finishing with delicate citrus.

What's the commitment?
Minimum 12 bottles per year, delivered as 2 curated collections of 6 bottles every 6 months (Feb & August). You can customize any delivery, pause your membership, or shop additional wines anytime with member benefits.

When does my next delivery arrive?
Your Welcome Collection ships within 3-5 business days. Your next curated collection is scheduled for August 2026.

Can I customize my selections?
Absolutely. While we curate each collection with care, you can change to a Custom membership and that gives you full control to swap wines, adjust quantities, or build your own selection for any delivery.

What are the member benefits?

Following your August '26 order, you then have full flexibility. Pause deliveries, adjust timing, or cancel anytime. We want members who genuinely love the wines.
