  • GRENAISSANCE: GRENACHE MASTERCLASS

    Our summer of deck dining begins with Africola Canteen.

    Bandit Pizza land on the deck next, bringing their pizza for lovers and pizza for friends alongside a range of snacks and plates. We trust the chef.

    Our final house guests are returning from The Vermilion Table (aka the team behind Gin Long, Bai Long, and Concubine), bringing back the yum cha goodness that you couldn't get enough of last year!

    Brought to you by The Vermilion Table in collaboration with Concubine, The Good Tiger, Bai Long Store, Kosho and Gin Long Canteen, it's safe to set high expectations.

    Menu highlights include shallot cakes, steamed Singapore chilli prawn dumplings, and crispy prawn wrapped in bean curd sheet.

    Yum Cha baskets are designed for 2 people and are available by pre-booking.

    A la carte options will also be available each day until sold out. We recommend booking ahead for the full experience!

    Angler Stirling is the first Sustainable Seafood Restaurant in South Australia, and the first restaurant here to be accredited by the GoodFish project.
